Returns & Refunds Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unworn, unused, and in its original condition, with all original packaging, tags, and any protective or hygiene seals still intact. We do not accept returns on items that show signs of wear, use, damage, alteration, or any condition that makes them unsuitable for resale.

To request a return, please contact us at info@ceroundmi.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by law.

Non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on pierced earrings or other sealed items once the hygiene seal or protective packaging has been opened, unless the item is faulty.

We also do not accept returns for:

  • personalised or custom-made items

  • items damaged through wear, misuse, or improper handling

  • gift cards

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or you have received the wrong item, contact us at info@ceroundmi.com as soon as possible, and in any event within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number and clear photographs.

Where an item is confirmed to be faulty, damaged in transit, or sent incorrectly, we will work with you to resolve the issue appropriately. This may include a replacement, refund, or other remedy in line with your legal rights.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please request a return in accordance with this policy and place a new order separately.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

For eligible cancellations under applicable consumer law, refunds will be made in accordance with your statutory rights.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights, including your rights in relation to faulty, damaged, misdescribed, or incorrect goods.

For customers in the UK and EU, if your purchase is covered by applicable distance selling or consumer protection laws, you may have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. Returned items must be sent back in unused condition, with original packaging, and in line with the return instructions provided. If you exercise this legal right, you may be responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or we agreed otherwise.
